All quotes provided by California Moving Company are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on:

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Payment in full is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

California Moving Company is not liable for items packed by the customer unless damage is clearly caused by our negligence.
Certain items (e.g., cash, jewelry, documents) should not be included in the move.
We carry standard mover’s liability coverage as required by law.
Additional valuation coverage can be arranged upon request before your move.
If using our storage facilities, customers agree that:
Payment for storage must be made monthly in advance.
We reserve the right to deny access or dispose of stored goods in accordance with applicable laws if payments are not received.
Customers must notify us at least 48 hours before retrieving items.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Moves canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to date and crew availability.
For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:
Hazardous materials or flammable substances
Illegal goods or stolen property
Perishable food or live animals
If such items are found, we reserve the right to refuse service without refund.
